Biscuits with Ruba

Easy and Simple recipe for Biscuits  Prep Time:  15mins      Cook Time:  20mins  Ingredient: 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tablespoon cornstarch  1 teaspoon vanilla  1 teaspoon baking powder 11/2 cup flour  1/8 teaspoon salt  Chocolate chips  Instructions :  In a bowl with a wooden spatula combine oil and sugar. Add the egg. Add cornstarch, vanilla, baking powder. Add flour and salt. Mix all the ingredients well than add the chocolate chips and combine in a wooden spoon. Make it to small balls by hand or by ice cream scoop.  Bake for 20mins.  Enjoy!

Easy and Simple recipe for bread ball Prep Time: 20mins       Cook Time:  25mins  Ingredients: 2 cups flour  1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder  3/4 cup water Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the water. Knead with a fork first. On a floured surface, knead well the dough. Make it into a big ball and let it rest for 15mins to rise. Bake for 25mins or until golden. Slice it to medium thin pieces and enjoy!

Knefe Sandwich with Ruba

Easy and Simple recipe for knefe sandwich  Prep Time: 15mins           Cook Time: 10mins Ingredients: Akewe cheese 400gr 1 cup smid  200gr butter  Markouk bread  May zaher  Instructions: First wash the cheese many times to unsalt it then drain it before night. In a pan, medium heat, mix the butter, smid until golden then add the may zaher and mix. On the markouk bread, put a little of the mixture, a slice of chesse and roll it.                            Put in a pan, and bake for 10mins so the bread is crispy.  Enjoy!

Easy and Simple recipe for cinnamon cookies  Prep Time: 15mins        Cook Time: 20mins Ingredients: 1egg 1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 3/4 cup of flour  1 teaspoon baking powder  1/2 teaspoon baking soda  1/4 teaspoon salt  2 teaspoons ground cinnamon  1/4 teaspoon vanilla  Instructions :  Combine the sugar with the oil well. Add the egg and the vanilla. Add the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add the cinnamon and salt and combine well. Make the mixture into small balls. Bake for 20mins.  Enjoy!

Banana Bread with Ruba

Easy and Simple recipe for Banana Bread  Prep Time: 10mins     Cook Time: 40mins Ingredients: 3 mashed banana 1/2 cup sugar  1 egg 1/4 cup melted butter  1 1/2 cup flour  1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt  Instructions :  Combine the bananas, egg, sugar, butter. In another bowl, mix the flour baking soda and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine well. Add the salt and combine. Prepare your baking pan by greasing the sides and bottom. Bake for 40mins or until done. Enjoy !

Banana Pancake

Easy and Simple recipe for Banana Pancake  Prep Time: 5mins       Cook Time: 5mins Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 banana 1/4 cup oats  1 teaspoon chia seed  Honey for topping  Butter to cook  Instructions :  Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the eggs. Add the oats and chia seed. Whisk all together well. Put a small piece of butter in a pan on heat. This mixture will make you 2 pancakes. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancake.  Flip with a spatula and cook additional 2mins.  Serve warm with honey on top. Enjoy!
