Prep Time: 20mins Cook Time: 25mins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add the water.
- Knead with a fork first.
- On a floured surface, knead well the dough.
- Make it into a big ball and let it rest for 15mins to rise.
- Bake for 25mins or until golden.
- Slice it to medium thin pieces and enjoy!
