Banana Pancake
Easy and Simple recipe for Banana Pancake


Prep Time: 5mins Cook Time: 5mins
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seed
- Honey for topping
- Butter to cook
Instructions:
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add the eggs.
- Add the oats and chia seed.
- Whisk all together well.
- Put a small piece of butter in a pan on heat.
- This mixture will make you 2 pancakes. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancake.
- Flip with a spatula and cook additional 2mins.
- Serve warm with honey on top.
- Enjoy!
