Banana Pancake

Easy and Simple recipe for Banana Pancake 

Prep Time: 5mins      Cook Time: 5mins

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed 
  • Honey for topping 
  • Butter to cook 
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Add the oats and chia seed.
  4. Whisk all together well.
  5. Put a small piece of butter in a pan on heat.
  6. This mixture will make you 2 pancakes. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancake. 
  7. Flip with a spatula and cook additional 2mins. 
  8. Serve warm with honey on top.
  9. Enjoy!
