Chocolate Cake with Ruba




Easy and simple recipe for Chocolate Cake

Prep Time: 5mins     Cook Time: 25mins

Ingredient:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bicarbonate
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions:

 1- Mix the flour with sugar, baking powder, cacao, bicarbonate.


 2- Mix the egg with milk, oil, lemon zest, vanilla.

3- Bring the wet ingredients and mix it with the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon to combine well. 

 4- Prepare your baking pan by greasing the sides and bottom and adding a little of flour so the cake won’t stick.

5- Add the cake mixture to the pan and bake it from 25mins or until done. 

6- Enjoy!

Easy and Simple recipe for cinnamon cookies  Prep Time: 15mins        Cook Time: 20mins Ingredients: 1egg 1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 3/4 cup of flour  1 teaspoon baking powder  1/2 teaspoon baking soda  1/4 teaspoon salt  2 teaspoons ground cinnamon  1/4 teaspoon vanilla  Instructions :  Combine the sugar with the oil well. Add the egg and the vanilla. Add the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add the cinnamon and salt and combine well. Make the mixture into small balls. Bake for 20mins.  Enjoy!

Easy and Simple recipe for Banana Bread  Prep Time: 10mins     Cook Time: 40mins Ingredients: 3 mashed banana 1/2 cup sugar  1 egg 1/4 cup melted butter  1 1/2 cup flour  1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt  Instructions :  Combine the bananas, egg, sugar, butter. In another bowl, mix the flour baking soda and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine well. Add the salt and combine.
